Courses & Talks
Over the years, I’ve moved between creative work and leadership roles; from running projects and serving on boards to producing art, music, and digital experiences. That mix of analytical, strategic, and creative experience gives me a unique perspective on how to make workplaces more innovative, effective, and inclusive.

How to create a workplace that invite the good ideas; creativity in the Workplace
I know a lot of leaders hate the words creativity. I have been to seminars where we should use crayons and hold hands. But, this is not kindergarten anymore. Creativity isn’t just for artists , it’s a system that needs to be in place for new ideas to flourish and seeing the daily challenges from a a fresh angle.
I share exercises and approaches that help people break routines, think differently, and bring new ideas to life. It’s about cultivating an environment where small sparks of creativity can grow into meaningful innovation. And, it starts with the willingness to try. The only way to master anything is by daring to be a beginner.
I can tailor this for your needs be it as a full day course or an hour presentation.
